About the Role
Important! This role requires full-time availability under a Service Contract (Independent Contractor) arrangement.

We are looking for a fast, detail-oriented, and highly proactive Social Media Manager to handle high-volume posting for our True Crime content across YouTube.
This role is execution-focused and performance-driven. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with True Crime topics, capable of researching content quickly, making light edits when necessary, and managing a high daily posting volume.
If you are familiar with short-form content, understand platform dynamics, and enjoy working with data and performance metrics, this role is for you.
About you

Familiar with short-form content formats.
Basic video editing skills (text overlays, trimming, formatting).
Creative and proactive, brings ideas, not just execution.

Main Assignments
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Content Research & Publishing
Research True Crime content quickly and efficiently.
Post approximately 80 posts per day (in English).
Publish short-form videos and static posts on YouTube.
Optimization: Use YouTube Studio to write effective titles, tags, thumbnails, and descriptions that boost discoverability and viewer retention.
Performance Tracking: Monitor video analytics, identify trends, and provide recommendations for continuous growth.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Monthly Fee: USD $700
Payment: The total billed for each month is paid Via ACH/Wire in two instalments; the 15th and the 30th days of the month following the provision of the services
