About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Creative Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team on a remote, contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and recruiting top-tier creative talent across various disciplines, including video editing, graphic design, and writing. You will have the flexibility to manage your own time while contributing directly to our success by connecting us with exceptional creative professionals.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a recruiter, with a strong focus on creative roles (video editors, graphic designers, writers, etc.).
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with international candidates and stakeholders.
French and other languages are BIG plus.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of the creative industry and the skills required for various creative roles.
Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, portfolio sites).
Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving recruitment targets.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Advanced knowledge of sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Behance, and Dribbble.
Familiarity with HR software tools
Expertise in using portfolio review platforms and creative-specific job boards.
Strong command of data analysis tools for tracking recruitment metrics (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
Experience with CRM tools to manage candidate relationships.
Knowledge of Boolean search techniques for advanced candidate sourcing.
Basic understanding of digital marketing tools to promote job postings effectively.
Main Assignments
To consistently source, engage, and place high-caliber creative individuals who not only meet but exceed the demands of our diverse clients and align on a cultural level with our culture, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and our internal teams.
Responsibilities:
Work with the People team to Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for creative roles.
Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Behance, industry-specific platforms, networking).
Review and analyze portfolios, resumes, and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate pre selected candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Build and maintain a strong network of creative professionals.
Collaborate closely with the People and Administrative areas to understand specific hiring needs and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Track and report on recruitment metrics.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Monthly Fee: USD$200
Commissions: $100USD for each successful hire
Contract type: Contractor
Type: Remote
Required availability: Flexible Part time with a minimum of 5 hours/ week for meetings
Payment: The total billed for the month (Base+Commissions) is paid in USD to your personal bank account, deposited in two equal amounts the 15th and 30th days the month following the provision of the services. Transfer fees to be covered by the contractor.
