About the Role

This role is at the intersection of business development, content partnerships, and M&A opportunities within the creator economy.

As a Business Developer, you will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and securing strategic opportunities across major social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat.

You’ll be responsible for sourcing high-potential content channels, engaging with creators, assessing monetization potential, and structuring commercial partnerships that drive sustainable growth for the company.

 

We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for the digital content industry. If you thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments and enjoy connecting business opportunities with creative ecosystems, this role is for you.

About you

  • English Level B2+ (required) — strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Solid understanding of the creator economy and content monetization models across social platforms.

  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or deal-making (digital media or entertainment experience is a plus).

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Analytical and strategic mindset, able to assess value and potential.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and goal-oriented.

  • Passionate about the evolution of digital media, creators, and social platforms.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Main Assignments

  • Prospect & Identify Opportunities: Research and identify high-revenue potential channels on YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat that align with company goals.

  • Creator Engagement: Build relationships with content creators and channel owners, assessing their value and monetization potential.

  • Commercial Proposals: Develop, negotiate, and present partnership offers tailored to each creator’s profile.

  • Onboarding Partners: Guide new partners through onboarding, ensuring smooth integration into the company’s operational processes.

  • Market Analysis: Explore new growth opportunities across social platforms and identify emerging trends within the creator economy.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with platform managers, the data/strategy team, and company executives to align opportunities with strategic priorities.

Compensation & Benefits


  • Base Monthly Fee: USD $1.400

  • Payment: In two instalments, the month after services are provided

  • Contract Type: Service Contract – Independent Contractor

  • Modality: 100% Remote

  • Location: Worldwide
