About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Casting Coordinator to join our international production team.

In this role, you will be responsible for searching, identifying, and contacting creators across various social media platforms, organizing auditions, and supporting the casting pipeline from outreach to presentation.

This position requires strong knowledge of social media trends, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate platforms efficiently to spot emerging talent.

 A background in casting is a plus, but experience in social media is essential, as your daily work will involve digging through platforms to discover the right profiles.

You’ll be working closely with other Casting Coordinators and the Production team to help fuel a fast-growing content operation.

About you

  • Strong understanding of how social media works, including trends, creator ecosystems, and platform features.

  • French speaker (required) — written and spoken.

  • Interest in sports and gaming is a plus.

  • Previous experience in casting, talent scouting, or social media management is appreciated (but not mandatory).

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, autonomous work style.

  • Highly organized, with the ability to track multiple creator conversations at once.

  • Comfortable working in a remote and fast-paced environment.

  • Team-oriented and open to collaboration.

Main Assignments

  • Search and scout creators across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.

  • Identify potential talents who fit the needs of ongoing and upcoming productions.

  • Contact creators via email and video messages to introduce project opportunities.

  • Request and collect auditions, ensuring all required information is provided.

  • Present audition selections to the production team for validation.

  • Participate in team meetings to discuss needs, priorities, and progress.

  • Collaborate with the production tracker and other coordinators to maintain workflow efficiency.

  • Provide clear and organized follow-ups, ensuring no candidate is lost in the pipeline.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly Fee: USD $800

  • Contract Type: Full-Time (Independent Contractor)

  • Work Modality: Fully Remote

  • Reports To: Casting Lead & Production Team
