About the Role

We’re looking for a senior, highly organized Casting & Production Coordinator to join our international production team.

This role requires someone with a strong background in production or video realisation, who understands the workflow behind creating high-quality content and managing talent in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for casting French-speaking talents for brand productions, coordinating communication, and supporting both the casting pipeline and the production workflow.

Experience working in a talent agency is a strong advantage, as this position involves professional interaction with creators, talent managers, and brand stakeholders.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Casting team, Production Leads, and Quality teams to ensure that both the talent selection and the video outputs meet the expected standards.

About you

  • French speaker (required) — both written and spoken.

  • Background in video production, realisation, or content creation workflows.

  • Experience working in a talent agency or talent-facing environment.

  • Solid understanding of casting processes, talent dynamics, and creator ecosystems.

  • Highly organized, reliable, and autonomous — able to manage multiple tasks and high volumes of communication.

  • Strong communication skills (email, calls, video messages).

  • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback related to video quality and production standards.

  • Proactive, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced remote environment

Main Assignments

  • Cast and scout French-speaking talents for brand collaborations and production needs.

  • Evaluate and propose talent options based on brand guidelines, scripts, formats, and client expectations.

  • Coordinate auditions, requests, and follow-ups to maintain a smooth casting pipeline.

  • Support production processes, ensuring clear communication between talent, production, and internal teams.

  • Assist with video quality control, verifying that deliveries meet technical and creative requirements.

  • Maintain structured workflows, documentation, and tracking tools to ensure no information or talent is lost in the process.

  • Participate in weekly meetings to align on production priorities, casting needs, and upcoming deadlines.

  • Collaborate with the production team to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly Fee: $1.000

  • Bonus: Up to $300 monthly based on performance.

  • Contract Type: Full-Time – Independent Contractor

  • Work Modality: Fully Remote
