About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, communicative, and trend-obsessed Talent Casting Coordinator to join our team. This role is designed for a social media enthusiast with proven experience in casting, creator outreach, and digital production management across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
If you excel at identifying emerging talent, conducting video consultations, negotiating commercial fees, and guiding creators through smooth production workflows, we want you on our team.
In this position, you will execute end-to-end creator scouting, outreach campaigns, commercial negotiations, and production tracking across major social platforms. You will work within a collaborative 4-person team under the guidance of a Senior Casting Coordinator, reporting directly to management.
About you
Experience: Proven track record in casting, creator outreach, or social media content production.
Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken).
Technical & Platform Knowledge: High literacy in Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube creator ecosystems and outreach tools.
Soft Skills: Passionate about social media, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, proactive communication, and a true team-player mindset.
Education: No specific minimum degree or certifications required; practical experience and industry intuition are prioritized.
Main Assignments
Creator Discovery & Research: Perform daily targeted research across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to discover and benchmark aligned creators.
Outreach & Onboarding: Manage email communications and conduct video meetings with prospective talent to present campaign opportunities.
Commercial Fee Negotiations: Negotiate competitive rates, contract terms, and deliverables directly with creators and talent managers.
Production Management: Oversee and follow up on creator video and content production timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Monthly Fee:Â USD $800
Payment:Â The total billed for each month is paid Via ACH/Wire in two instalments; the 15th and the 30th days of the month following the provision of the services.
Contract Type: Service Contract – Independent Contractor
Modality:Â 100% Remote
Region: Open – preferably based in a timezone close to the US.
