About the Role

As the Creative Talent Evaluator, you will be the primary gatekeeper for our talent network. Unlike traditional recruiters, your focus is not only "finding" people, but on vetting their craft and matching talents with their best job fit. You will evaluate technical assessments for a variety of creative roles and submit top pre selected talents to our clients, making sure they meet the criteria and expectations of our partners.

You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a keen eye for quality, ensuring only the best candidates make it through the vetting process. Your background in human resources, creative direction, or production management equips you with the skills to evaluate portfolios, conduct technical assessments, and align talent with client needs.

 

You are a natural problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a deep connection with people and arts, finding joy in sharing experiences with other creators and striving to help them in their path with guidance and finding possibilities, with a realistic, positive and proactive attitude. Main Assignments

1. Talent Recruiting & Support

  • Talent Recruiting: Source talents according to the requests from our clients following the requirements and the recruiting process.

  • Support: Provide support to candidates during the selection process. This includes addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the vetting and placement process of your candidates and the LXD when necessary.

  • Brand Advocacy: Embody the values and principles of LXD and act as a bridge between talent and partners to foster strong, productive relationships, while maintaining high standards of professionalism, productivity and satisfaction.

2. Technical Evaluation & Benchmarking

  • Portfolio Auditing: Move beyond the resume to evaluate the aesthetic quality and technical execution of candidate portfolios.

  • Assessment Design & Auditing: Create, review and adapt technical tests created by our partners to integrate them in our selection process.

  • Quality Scoring: Develop and maintain an updated standardized rubric (scorecards) for the various roles to grade technical skills fairly across different creative disciplines.

3. Specialized Pre-Selection

  • Technical Interviewing: Conduct deep-dive sessions to understand a candidate’s workflow, software proficiency (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.), and creative problem-solving. For pre selected talents, when necessary.

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Liaise directly with Client Account Managers to understand specific "creative nuances" (e.g., a client who prefers minimalist design over maximalism) to ensure submission-to-hire ratios remain high.

  • Feedback Integration: Own the post-submission feedback loop. If a partner rejects a candidate, you will analyze the "why" to recalibrate the technical tests and selection criteria for future submissions.

4. Talent Matchmaking & Submission

  • Matchmaking: Validate that the candidate matches the technical and cultural criteria of the position or recommend adjustments to assign a different one. Decline candidates that doesn't meet the requirements or that doesn't align with the terms and conditions of the offers.

  • Talent "Packaging": Transform raw test results into compelling "Talent Dossiers". This includes summarizing their technical test performance, highlighting their specific creative "superpowers," and explaining why they fit the client’s or project's unique brand aesthetic and requirements.

  • Partner Submission: Act as the technical expert during submission with partners or clients. You will complete the submission process of pre selected candidates and justify the selection by presenting the candidate Review (Dossier) and scorecard data of the test results.

5. Pipeline Management

  • Talent Curation: Maintain a "Gold Standard" database of pre-vetted creatives ready for immediate deployment.

  • Feedback Loops: Work with Sales/Account Managers to refine the assessment criteria based on client feedback from previous placements.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of creative trends (AI tools, platform-specific styles) to ensure the agency's testing remains "future-proof."

  • Pipeline Strategy: Calibrate with Freelance Recruiters to refine sourcing criteria based on client feedback and test pass rates.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting Base monthly fee: USD$200. (Quarterly increments after the third month of successful collaboration, calculated based on results.)

  • Commissions: USD$200 per successfully hired talent.(Payment: USD$100 upon the candidate’s successful hiring and contract signing. USD$100 USD after six months of continuous operations with the talent, provided the candidate is still actively engaged with the company at that time.)

  • Possibility to access company equity after 12 months of excellent performance.
