About the Role

We are looking for a Junior-to-Intermediate Full Stack Developer who is genuinely curious about AI and the creator economy. We are a content-first team that builds our own internal tools using AI assistance.

The ideal candidate isn't just an engineer—they are a technical co-pilot who can take "vibe-coded" prototypes and transform them into robust, clean, and scalable production-ready products. If you are excited by the idea of being the technical backbone of a fast-moving AI team, we want to meet you.


This role requires full availability, you will work at the intersection of traditional development and cutting-edge AI automation. Unlike traditional engineering environments where every task is perfectly scoped months in advance, we work in a dynamic, iterative rhythm.


You will be responsible for a mix of improving existing internal tools and building new ones from scratch based on our product roadmap. You’ll be working alongside a creative team that uses AI to prototype fast; your job is to bring technical rigor to that creative spark.

About you

  • Technical Stack: Proficiency in Full Stack development, GitHub for version control, and experience with modern deployment platforms.

  • AI & Automation Curiosity: Familiarity with LLM APIs and a natural interest in how AI can automate and scale creative workflows.

  • Language: Fluent in English. Proficiency in Spanish or French is a significant plus.

  • Time Zone: Preferred location in LatAm or Europe to facilitate team synchronization.

  • Soft Skills: Autonomous, proactive, and a clear communicator. You should be comfortable explaining technical decisions to non-technical teammates.

  • The "Builder" Mindset: You see "vibe coding" as an opportunity to innovate rather than a limitation. You thrive in fast-moving, iterative environments.

Main Assignments

  • Technical Elevation: Take AI-assisted prototypes and "vibe-coded" scripts and elevate them into stable, well-architected applications.

  • API Integration: Connect various tools and platforms using REST APIs, handling authentication and data flow seamlessly.

  • AI Implementation: Work directly with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, Groq, etc.) to build and refine internal AI agents and workflows.

  • Automation & Deployment: Build and maintain workflows in tools like n8n or Make, and manage deployments via Vercel, Render, or Google Cloud.

  • End-to-End Build: Handle frontend and backend development independently, from initial build to testing and final deployment.

  • Collaborative Iteration: Actively participate in the feedback loop with the content team to ensure tools are meeting the needs of the creator economy.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Monthly Fee: USD $900

  • Performance Bonus: Up to $300 quarterly based on performance.

  • Payment: The total billed for each month is paid Via ACH/Wire in two instalments; the 15th and the 30th days of the month following the provision of the services

  • Contract Type: Service Contract – Independent Contractor.

  • Modality: 100% Remote.
