About the Role
We’re looking for a versatile Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support day-to-day marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves staying on top of trends, and enjoys wearing multiple hats across content creation, sales support, and event coordination.
You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand presence, supporting business development efforts, and bringing creative marketing initiatives to life.
About you
Required:
Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
Strong eye for design with proficiency in Canva (portfolio required).
Previous experience in marketing for brands and/or agencies.
Solid understanding of internet culture, social media trends, and pop culture.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-starter with strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
Nice to Have:
Experience planning or supporting marketing events.
UX/UI design skills.
Familiarity with additional design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
Main Assignments
Manage and create engaging content for LinkedIn and Instagram, including research, content planning, copywriting, and creative development.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather post ideas, manage approvals, and ensure timely publishing.
Create approximately 10 posts per week for LinkedIn and Instagram (visuals + captions + storytelling).
Design and update presentation decks for Sales and Business Development teams.
Research and ideate creative concepts for brands, partners, and creators.
Support the planning and execution of marketing events and initiatives, from concept to completion.
Assist with client outreach and relationship-building activities.
Handle ad-hoc marketing tasks and projects as they arise.
Workflow & Workload
Day-to-day management of the company’s Instagram and LinkedIn pages.
Daily research and ideation of marketing and employer branding content.
Ongoing coordination with cross-functional teams for content creation and approvals.
Regular support on sales decks, leadership presentations, and marketing materials.
Participation in event planning and execution as needed.
Occasional outreach to marketing partners (suppliers, sponsors, collaborators).
