About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious, hybrid Motion & Graphic Designer that is fluent in ENGLISH obsessed with digital performance, YouTube algorithms, dynamic motion graphics, and contemporary visual culture.

If you understand why a thumbnail gets clicked, how visual framing retains attention in the opening 30 seconds of a video, and how to turn viewer psychology into viral reach, we want you on our team.
In this position, you will be the visual engine behind our flagship YouTube channels. You will master both the science and art of high-converting packaging (thumbnails) while elevating our video productions with kinetic typography, punchy animations, lower thirds, callouts, and retention-boosting motion design sequences in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.
About you
Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects. (Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Illustrator is a strong advantage).
Platform & Performance Acumen: Deep technical comprehension of YouTube mechanics, thumbnail-and-title interplay, viewer psychology, and hook dynamics.
Language Proficiency: Fluent / Professional working proficiency in English is mandatory. Working knowledge of French is a strong plus.
Portfolio & Track Record: Demonstrated portfolio of high-performing YouTube thumbnails, sharp digital graphic design, and modern motion graphics.
Soft Skills: Highly analytical, agile, receptive to data feedback, organized, and enthusiastic about media culture.
Main Assignments
High-Impact YouTube Packaging & CTR Optimization: Conceptualize and compose top-tier YouTube thumbnails (1280x720) applying visual hierarchy, color grading, facial expression manipulation, and strategic focal points to drive high CTR.
Dynamic Motion Design & Video Graphics: Design and animate kinetic typography, custom intros/outros, lower thirds, callouts, transitions, and animated infographics in Adobe After Effects to boost Average Percentage Viewed (APV) and retention.
Performance Analysis & Iterative A/B Testing: Partner with Performance Managers to track CTR spikes, impressions, and retention curves; produce and test thumbnail variants to replace underperforming packaging.
Trendspotting & Visual Benchmarking: Maintain a daily radar over global YouTube trends, creator packaging innovations, and emergent internet aesthetics across tech, sports, and entertainment.
Pipeline & Design Asset Management: Build and organize reusable motion graphics templates (MOGRTs), Photoshop presets, asset libraries, and thumbnail PSD kits to accelerate team delivery velocity.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Monthly Fee:Â USD $900
Payment: The payment for the total billed each period is paid in two equal parts, via ACH or Wire transfer in the 15th and 30th days of the month following the provision of the services.
