About the Role
The Post Production Coordinator (PPC) is responsible for coordinating and delivering outstanding and over-performing post-production operations according to planned volume and quality standards (retention, time to deliver, completion rate, and quality).
They work on a portfolio of 6 to 10 Creators managed by a Performance Manager (PM), who is the final accountable for the revenue and performance of the creators.
About you
You are extremely organized and methodic
You know about how the algorithm works for video posts in facebook, instagram, youtube and instagram
Have experience in editing, especially for social media platforms (+3years)
You are passionate about video content on social media
Strong English skills required. This is very important, please apply only if you have a +C1 english level.
Perfectly master Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Bridge and Adobe Media Encoder
You are extremely well-versed in social media platforms (including YouTube) and know the various codes for videos on each platform
You are creative, persistent, curious, flexible, and hard-working.
Main Assignments
End-to-end Post-Production
Tracks productivity and delivery monitoring Retention, Completion Rate, Volume, Quality
Assigns videos to a pool of editors dedicated in the portfolio
Oversees the edit checks
Plans and organizes post-production capacity and resources according to forecasts
and targets
Retention
Aligns the retention target per creator with the PM
Analyzes all AB retention curves and scores and identifies opportunities for
improvement
Review AB Tests & Select the best one
Pushes re-edits with very high-level expectations (Good2Great, with an always “the
best we can do” mindset)
Continuous improvement and test & learn
Brainstorms with the Performance Manager to design the content that would make our creators go bigger
Test ideas and their impacts on retention (new motion, different transition, new AB version, etc.)
Note: Those insights are to be shared with the Performance Manager who consolidates and shares ideas with the CSM
Animation of the external Community
Animates the pool of editors and checkers linked to his/her portfolio of creators
Responds to the editor and checker questions, especially on specific queries on
videos, and also on the task staffing
Liaises with BS, CC, and CM dedicated to the portfolio
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly salary for this positions is USD$700
