About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Casting Coordinator to work on our shows Unfiltered Stories and Unfiltered Studio, two YouTube formats focused on raw, real-life stories.
This role is centered on finding, qualifying, and interviewing guests remotely for our shows. The topics covered are often heavy and sensitive, including crime, abuse, CSA, and other traumatic experiences. For this reason, candidates must be fully comfortable interviewing victims and handling emotionally intense conversations with empathy, professionalism, and care.
We’re looking for a senior profile who can quickly understand and own the casting process, work autonomously, and contribute to a steady production rhythm.

Workflow & Workload
Approximately 20 videos per month are to be produced.
This represents 20–25 guests sourced and interviewed per month.
Regular collaboration with internal teams to align casting needs and timelines.
Workload requires consistency, reliability, and strong follow-through.
About you
Senior-level experience in casting, journalism, documentary, production, or similar roles.
Fully comfortable interviewing individuals who have experienced crime, abuse, or violence.
Strong emotional intelligence, empathy, and listening skills.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Able to work autonomously and pick up processes quickly.
Highly organized, proactive, and reliable.
Comfortable working under sensitive and emotionally demanding conditions.
Main Assignments
Research and source guests aligned with the editorial direction of Unfiltered Stories.
Reach out to potential guests and assess story relevance and suitability.
Conduct remote pre-interviews and interviews using internal recording tools.
Ensure guests meet all editorial, legal, and safety requirements.
Coordinate closely with production and editorial teams to align on schedules and priorities.
Maintain a consistent casting pipeline to support monthly production goals.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Monthly Fee: USD $1.000
Payment: The total billed for each month is paid Via ACH/Wire in two instalments; the 15th and the 30th days of the month following the provision of the services
Contract Type: Service Contract – Independent Contractor
Modality: 100% Remote
Region: Open – preferably based in a timezone close to the US.
