About the Role
Important! This role requires full-time availability, with a monthly fee of USD $700 under a Service Contract (Independent Contractor) arrangement.

About the Role: Social Media Manager (Beauty – Facebook)
We are looking for a highly organized, self-driven, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to manage and grow our Beauty-focused Facebook pages.
This role is perfect for someone deeply connected to beauty trends, celebrity news, and viral topics, who understands what resonates with beauty audiences and knows how to translate trends into engaging, high-performing Facebook content.
The ideal candidate is proficient in Meta Business Suite, capable of crafting content strategies, designing basic graphic content, and monitoring performance to continuously optimize results.
Must have at least 5 hours of overlap with 10AM–6PM Paris time.
About you
English B2+ (required).
Proven experience managing and optimizing Facebook pages.
Strong proficiency in Meta Business Suite.
Ability to design simple yet engaging visuals (Canva or similar tools).
Deep connection to beauty trends, celebrity culture, and viral topics.
Genuine interest in the beauty industry.
Strong writing and analytical skills.
Highly organized, autonomous, and proactive.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment.

Main Assignments
Content Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute content strategies tailored specifically for Beauty Facebook pages.
Plan, schedule, and publish posts using Meta Business Suite.
Identify viral topics, celebrity beauty news, and trending conversations to create timely content.
Design basic graphic content aligned with brand identity and engagement goals.
Optimization & Growth
Write compelling captions and optimize posts for engagement and reach.
Monitor page performance and analyze key metrics.
Adjust strategy based on data insights and platform updates.
Stay ahead of beauty industry trends and audience behaviors.
Collaboration & Organization
Maintain structured content calendars and libraries.
Participate in strategy meetings.
Bring proactive ideas to improve growth and monetization.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Monthly Fee: USD $750
Payment: The total billed for each month is paid Via ACH/Wire in two instalments; the 15th and the 30th days of the month following the provision of the services
