About the Role
We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Manager to lead our team and bring innovative, disruptive ideas that transcend “just marketing.” The role requires a Social Media Manager comfortable with Facebook to manage 7 pages, in charge of creating stories, making reposts, and posting photos.
About you
English B2+ (required).
French communication proficiency is a plus.
Proven experience managing and optimising social media content.
Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Facebook and content management tools.
Creativity, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Main Assignments
This SMM will be in charge of managing 7 different pages. They will have to post different types of content: 4 videos (reposts) per page, 3 photos per page (high-performing photos they will need to find themselves), and 1 long story per page. And apply test & learn strategy. We need a strategic SMM
Optimize content: Write compelling copy, check for errors, add captions, and engage with users.
Video Editing: Execute daily small edits for short-format videos; produce 1–2 long compilations weekly (3–30 minutes).
Performance Monitoring: Track rights/permissions, monitor performance, analyze data, provide feedback, maintain libraries, and oversee schedules.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Monthly Fee: USD $700
Payment: In two instalments, the month after services are provided
Contract Type: Service Contract – Independent Contractor
Modality: 100% Remote
Location: Based in the CEST time zone
