About the Role
We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Manager to lead our team and bring innovative, disruptive ideas that transcend “just marketing.” The role requires managing, optimizing, and monitoring multiple social media channels to ensure impactful content, growth, and monetization. We need someone with proven experience on Snapchat and Facebook, passionate about beauty topics, always on top of the latest trends, highly creative, and with a strong background in content ideation. Must have at least 5 hrs overlap with 10AM–6PM Paris time.
About you
English B2+ (required).
Proven experience managing and optimizing social media content.
Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in social platforms and content management tools.
Creativity, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Main Assignments
Select & Post: Manage schedules, select content, and post on Facebook and Snapchat.
Passionate about beauty tropics on top of the latest trends
Optimize content: Write compelling copy, check for errors, add captions, and engage with users.
Performance Monitoring: Track rights/permissions, monitor performance, analyze data, provide feedback, maintain libraries, and oversee schedules.
Participate in team strategy meetings and stay up to date with trends.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Monthly Fee: USD $700
Payment: In two instalments, the month after services are provided
Contract Type: Service Contract – Independent Contractor
Modality: 100% Remote
Location: Must have at least 5 hrs overlap with 10AM–6PM Paris time.
