About the Role
We’re looking for a highly creative, organized, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to lead content strategy for Instagram and TikTok.
The ideal candidate lives and breathes digital culture, is obsessed with football and pop culture, and is chronically online—always spotting what’s trending in real time. This role requires strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills, a deep understanding of what captures the attention of young audiences, and the ability to turn insights into viral, engaging content. You’ll work closely with our creative team to plan, design, and execute impactful strategies that grow engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple projects, and brings fresh, creative energy to everything they do. Preference will be given to candidates based in Latin America.
About you
English B2+ (required).
Proven experience managing and optimizing social media content.
Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in social platforms and content management tools.
Creativity, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Main Assignments
Develop and execute content strategies tailored to Instagram & TikTok.
Track, analyze, and act on key performance metrics to optimize content.
Create engaging headlines, captions, and copy (English Fluency is a must).
Build content that resonates with football fans and communities.
Design aesthetically pleasing feeds and visuals that drive clicks and shares.
Stay ahead of trends, formats, and platform updates.
Organize the content and production planning for both platforms.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Monthly Fee: USD $700
Payment: In two instalments, the month after services are provided
Contract Type: Service Contract – Independent Contractor
Modality: 100% Remote
Location: Must have at least 5 hrs overlap with 10AM–6PM Paris time.
