About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Social Media Manager to join our Karma Team and manage content primarily across YouTube and Facebook.
In this role, you’ll work on short films and storytelling-driven videos centered around karma-related themes, focusing on emotional impact, engagement, and audience growth. The ideal candidate has a solid background in social media management, understands how to optimize content for performance, and knows how to manage channels with consistency and strategic thinking.
This position is perfect for someone who combines analytical skills with creative intuition, and who understands how storytelling performs on social platforms.
About you
Fluent in English (written and spoken) — required.
Proven experience managing social media pages or channels, ideally on YouTube and Facebook.
Strong understanding of social media performance metrics and optimization strategies.
Organized, reliable, and proactive in managing publishing workflows.
Creative mindset with a strong sense of storytelling and audience engagement.
Comfortable working independently and collaborating with remote teams.
Based in or available during European timezones.
Main Assignments
Manage and optimize YouTube and Facebook channels dedicated to karma-based short films.
Plan, schedule, and publish content while ensuring consistency and quality.
Optimize titles, descriptions, captions, and posting times to maximize reach and engagement.
Monitor performance metrics and adapt strategies based on data insights.
Collaborate with editors and producers to align content with platform best practices.
Ensure brand tone, storytelling structure, and visual identity remain consistent.
Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and algorithm changes.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Monthly Fee: USD $700
Payment: In two instalments, the month after services are provided
Contract Type: Service Contract – Independent Contractor
Modality: 100% Remote
Location: Ideally based in CEST timezone.
Bonus: Applicable quarterly by performance, up to $300USD.
