About the Role
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and hard-working Social Media Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our Snapchat publishing pipeline. This role is designed for someone who lives at the intersection of viral internet trends, sports, and pop culture, and knows how to build hyper-engaging content for mobile-first audiences.

About you
Language Skills: Bilingual in French and English (highly preferred) for versatile content sourcing and partner outreach.
Platform Expertise: Native familiarity with the Snapchat platform ecosystem, publishing formats, and audience consumption habits.
Domain Interest: High engagement with viral internet trends, sports, and pop culture.
Technical Skills: Comfortable using Canva, Google Suite, and basic video editing software.
Soft Skills: Exceptional work ethic, highly trustworthy, proactive communicator, and a strong willingness to learn and adapt to shifting social algorithms.
Main Assignments
End-to-End Content Pipeline: Lead the daily 6-step workflow: Content Sourcing → Scriptwriting → Script Verification → Content Creation (Static & Video) → Pre-posting Quality Check → Publishing.
Asset & Visual Design: Create eye-catching, high-CTR static tiles, graphics, and light video edits using tools like Canva and digital video suites.
Trend & Partner Outreach: Research trending topics across sports and pop culture while actively contacting potential partners for collaboration and content distribution.
Platform & Policy Compliance: Ensure all headlines, imagery, and video clips adhere strictly to Snapchat safety guidelines and content policies to avoid platform flags.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Monthly Fee: USD $700
Performance Bonus: Up to $300 quarterly based on KPIs and channel growth.
Payment: The total billed for each month is paid Via ACH/Wire in two instalments; the 15th and the 30th days of the month following the provision of the services
Contract Type: Service Contract – Independent Contractor
