About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled, creative, and detail-oriented Expert Youtube Editor to join our Youtube team. This role is designed for a top-tier video editor fluent in French (with ability to edit in English) who can execute high-level, complex narrative edits for long-form Youtube content.

If you have exceptional mastery over pacing, storytelling, visual effects, and audio polishing, and you thrive on editing deep-dive content around pop culture, history, gaming, or society, we want you on our team.
In this position, you will own the end-to-end post-production workflow for high-production long-form Youtube videos (15 to 30 minutes in length). You will work closely under the supervision of our Lead Youtube Editor, transforming raw rushes into dynamic, high-retention visual stories.
About you
Technical Mastery: Advanced command of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Podcast (knowledge of 3D animation software is a major plus).
Language Proficiency: Fluent in French (mandatory) and professional working proficiency in English.
Domain Knowledge: Passion for and familiarity with Youtube video formats covering pop culture, history, geography, gaming, and societal topics.
Soft Skills: High motivation, enthusiasm for taking on complex creative builds, strong team spirit, and a continuous learning mindset.
Main Assignments
Complex Long-Form Editing: Assemble, cut, and polish 15–30 minute videos on a weekly or bi-weekly project rhythm, maintaining narrative momentum and high viewer retention.
Visual Effects & Motion Graphics: Create custom graphic packages, lower thirds, map/historical animations, and visual callouts using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and optional 3D tools.
Audio Engineering: Clean up voiceovers and dialogue using Adobe Podcast/audition tools, design rich soundscapes, and balance music tracks for maximum emotional impact.
Bilingual Execution: Seamlessly edit content primarily in French, with occasional projects in English.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Monthly Fee:Â USD $800
Quarterly performance bonus up to $300.
Payment: The payment for the total billed each period is paid in two equal parts, via ACH or Wire transfer in the 15th and 30th days of the month following the provision of the services.
