About the Role
We’re looking for a Video Editor to join our YouTube IP Business Unit, working on engaging long-form and short-form content built around cinema and comedy IPs. This role is ideal for a well-organized, productive editor who understands YouTube standards and knows how to adapt content for short-form platforms while maintaining strong storytelling and visual quality.
You’ll collaborate closely with other editors and content teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality output across multiple YouTube channels and formats.
About you
Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a video editor.
Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
Proven experience editing YouTube content, including short-form videos.
Well organized, productive, and comfortable working with volume.
Good level of English: C1+
French is a plus
Passion or strong interest in cinema and comedy is a big plus.
Able to work within the European time zone.
Main Assignments
Edit YouTube long-form videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
Create and adapt short-form content (YouTube Shorts, TikTok-style formats).
Design or support the creation of thumbnails and visual assets using Photoshop.
Ensure content follows YouTube best practices for pacing, retention, and clarity.
Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.
Collaborate with the team to improve formats, workflows, and overall content quality.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Monthly Fee: USD $800
Quarterly performance bonus up to $300.
Payment: In two instalments, the first paid the 15th and the second the 30th of the month following the provision of the services
Contract Type: Service Contract – Independent Contractor
