About the Role
We’re looking for a highly creative and trend-driven Scriptwriter to join our social content team. This role focuses on crafting compelling short-form narratives tailored for TikTok, Snapchat, and other Gen Z/Alpha platforms. You will write punchy scripts, on-screen titles, and story concepts that match the speed, humor, and style of today’s digital culture.
The ideal candidate is an English native or fluent writer, deeply immersed in online trends, and able to turn ideas into engaging micro-stories. You must understand what captures attention in the first 1–3 seconds and how to translate trends into fresh, original concepts.
About you
Native or fluent English writer — mandatory.
Outstanding short-form storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
Deep understanding of TikTok, Snapchat culture, meme language, and viral trends.
Ability to write fast, catchy hooks and titles that maximize retention.
Strong command of tone, pacing, and narrative structure in short videos.
Creative thinker who brings new ideas and is comfortable iterating with feedback.
Detail-oriented, especially when checking captions or ensuring editorial accuracy.
Based in Europe, MENA, US or LATAM
Main Assignments
Write trend-driven on-screen titles for beauty videos that instantly hook the audience.
Create fake Reddit-style stories, including drama, humor, and emotional narratives that resonate with Gen Z/Alpha viewers.
Develop written interviews for our Letter From show, maintaining tone, clarity, and narrative flow.
Review and ensure the accuracy of all video captions, maintaining consistency and high editorial quality.
Stay constantly updated on TikTok, Snapchat, and social media trends.
Collaborate with editors and producers to match script intent with video storytelling.
